2. Camera and Album Permissions

 

In order to achieve the core function - creating PDF documents, the app will request you to call the camera and album permissions when you actively use the relevant functions. The specific situation is as follows:

 

Camera permissions: When you use the scan-to-generate function, the app will call the camera permissions. At this time, the camera lens will be activated, and you can use the lens to take photos to generate new PDF documents. The app only obtains the image data captured by the camera when you press the photo button, and this data is only used for instant PDF document generation. The app only stores the images captured by the camera locally and will not actively share them with third parties. After the shooting is completed, the camera permissions will be automatically closed to protect your privacy.

 

Album permissions: When you choose to use the image materials in the album to generate a PDF document, the app will call the album permissions. The app will only obtain the pictures you actively select in the album and will not access other unrelated pictures in the album without authorization. Similarly, the obtained image data is only used for the PDF document generation function. After the operation is completed, the app will only retain the relevant image data locally and will not actively share it with any third party. After you have used the album-related functions, the album permissions will also be automatically closed to ensure the safety of other pictures in your album.

 

3. Face data processing

 

Purpose of Collection: Collection is solely for providing you with the "AI Predicts Facial Features at Different Ages" function, which predicts your facial features at different age stages based on the facial image you provide.

 

How it's Used: When you actively trigger the "Face Swap" function, we will upload your selected photo to a cloud server for temporary processing of your facial data to generate prediction results. During this process, the facial data is only temporarily stored on the server during the function's usage. After processing, the photo will be transferred to your device, and the data on the server will be deleted afterwards.

 

Storage Period: The storage period for facial data is strictly limited to the period of function usage. We will not actively share your photos with any third party. However, when you uninstall the app, the locally stored records will be deleted simultaneously, unless you save the photos to your photo album.

 

Sharing and Transfer: We will not share your facial data with any third party, nor will we use it for any purpose other than this function.

 

Your Rights: You have the right to refuse to provide facial data at any time. Refusing will prevent you from using the "AI Predicts Facial Features at Different Ages" function, but will not affect your use of other functions of this app.

We solemnly promise that we will not share any data obtained through camera and album permissions with third parties. This data will not be used for advertising, nor will it be sold to any other commercial organization for commercial sales purposes. Your private data is strictly protected here. 5. Information Storage

 

We adhere to the principle of high privacy protection and will not upload the data obtained from the camera and album to the server for storage. All your scanning history and generated PDF documents are stored only in the local storage space of your device by default. The advantage of this is that you can conveniently view and manage your operation records anytime and anywhere without relying on network connection. At the same time, you have full control and can manually delete these locally stored data in the app at any time according to your needs.

 

6. Storage Security

 

In order to ensure the security of locally stored data, we have adopted industry-standard security technologies and measures. The scan history and generated QR code data stored locally are encrypted. Even if the device is obtained by others, they cannot read and tamper with the data without the correct decryption key, effectively preventing the data from being accessed and tampered with without authorization.
